Hicell
Dried autolysed yeast obtained from the fermentation of a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae; it is a spray-dried powder with good flowability and exceptional palatability.
In several trials, Hicell has been shown to provide benefits both from a nutritional and technological point of view. As a matter of fact, it has an excellent amino acid profile, it is a good source of nucleotides and highly digestible proteins. From a technical point of view, it improves the quality of pelleting and extrusion. It is particularly suitable for the production of feed for young animals and pet food.
Hicell is produced in Brazil by Biorigin, a Business Unit of the Zilor group dedicated to the production and processing of yeasts and yeast derivatives.
